A certain company produces 400000 units of EB engine cylinder head equipment and a digital flexible production line for loading and unloading materials annually. According to customer requirements, the tooling fixtures adopt a zero point quick change method to meet the flexible production of multiple types and specifications of cylinder bodies and cylinder heads. The front end of the production line is equipped with a joint robot for dismantling and stacking line edge storage equipment. Through 3D camera recognition and automatic switching of the gripper, the parts can be dismantled and stacked. The truss robot is responsible for loading and unloading materials on the machine tool, and the gripper design is also used to meet various specifications of parts. The entire line is equipped with a production line information data and traceability system, achieving digital flexible production.
